Note: This book recounts what happened so far in the story as well as gives a breif description of the main characters.

Scroll one: Hatred Unspent

It seesm the revivied Kikyo wants to kill Inuyasha & she shots an arrrow att him. Meanwhile Kaede is trying to get Kagome to wake up to see if she's alright. Kikyo's still out to get Inuyasha. He tries to stop her by using Tetsusaiga & that gets her attention long enough for him to grab her. They talk about what happened 50 years ago. (Kikyo looks a lot like Kagome with her hair undone!) Anyways things seem to go good, but then it goes bad again, so he pulls her close & tells her to shut up. It looks like Inuyasha got through to her! Then she starts in again! (No wonder people hate her!) She just can't let go of the idea he's alive. Kaede then tells Inuyasha to destroy Kikyo! It's to save her soul! But he can't & she tries again to destroy him! As Kagome awakens Kikyo looses a bit of her power. Inuyasha goes to Kagome & then he wonders if Kikyo is finally at peace. However Kikyo refuses to die again!!!! She limps off.

Scroll two: A Soul Asunder

Poor Inuyasha is a bit freaked by Kikyo. Urasue's head comes to life & it tells them that Kikyo's hatred is driving her body now. She tells them that where kikyo was once a pure soul, there's now a vengeful demoness! Inuyasah runs off! Meanwhile Kikyo is thinking about Kagome. She falls off a cliff, but Inuyasha grabs her hand at the last minute. He tells her to go back into Kagome. She asks him if he's asking her to die! He gets confused & they wind up falling as she wants to kill him. He manafges to save himself. Poor inuyasha's upset. Then he returns & asks about Kagome. He tells Kaede he's sorry he couldn't save Kikyo. Everyone thinks Kikyo is dead. Poor Kagome is having a rough time too. Then she wakes up & she & Inuyasha look each other in the eye(It looks that way from the drawings & reactions of the characters even though they are in 2 different frames). She gets up & thinks she was dreaming. Actually she thinks she dreamt about her math test! Inuyasah seems relived. Then Kagome asks about Urasue & Kikyo. Inu tells her it's over. He 's like rest in peace Kikyo... she's like crawling out of the stream she fell in & is now out wandering around. It looks like she passed a battle field happy to be alive. Then the scene shifts & we see Inu, Kagome, Kaede & Shippo leaving. Shippo comments on Inu & Kaede responds. Then Inu & Kagome talk. She tells him she's still herself. He's like I knew there wasn't any Kikyo in you. So she aks him why he keeps looking at her like he wants her! He gets mad! & She's jhappy he looked he in the eye! She seems to like it better when he's angry. Inu thinks about how relieved he was when Kagome smiled. Shippo observes that he's getting happier. Then Kaede thinks about Kagome. About how she's not an ordinary reincarnation.

Scroll three: Monk on the Make

Scenes of a manor house & voices talking about a monk. He's been called in to exercise some demons. These demons are after a princess.(Must be tought to be a princess in fuedal Japan!^^) So he's brought to the princess who's not very pretty & he gets rid of the deomn. He finds a jewel shard too. Anyways he leaves with a cartful of treasure. Meanwhile Kagome, Inu & Shippo are traveling. Inu is lost in thought. Poor Shippo gets a lump on his head when he's asks what's wrong. It's only Inu thinking about Kikyo. Scene shift to night & the monks taking a bath & looking at the shard. Then he notices something.... & gets an eyeful of a naked Kagome!!!(so do the readers!^^) He spots her jewel shards. Inu is behaving & keeping watch. Anyways Shippo decides he wants a bath too! So Inu has an agrument with a naked Shippo about taking a bath!^^ While they're arguing a bunch of monkeys scare Kagome who's still in the water. Poor inu gets "sitted" & Shippo gets his bath! Then we see the monk talking to a Tanuki about Inu & co. Then Kagome asks Inu how long he's gonna sulk as he got to see her naked so she feels they're even! He claims to have seen nothing & Shippo wants to be left out of it. Then we see the monk & the tanuki planning something. He tells the tanuki not to worry as he'll use his hand & they'll die!

Scroll four: Jewel Thief

we see the monk & the tanuki looking down at something. Underneath is another panel of Inu, Kagome & Shippo walking along the mountainside. The tanuki jumps & next we see a large monsterous head that looms over them! Everything seesms to happen so fast as Kagome falls down, Inuyasha is knocked over the edge Kagome finds herself landing on her bike as the monk is riding it. He tells her he won't harm her & he only wants her jewel shards. shot of Inulooking mad as he fights the large head thingy. He finaly gets mad ewnough that he makes the Tanuki change from the Head into itself. Then he's off to save Kagome! Unfortunately as he slides down the mountain side he loses Tetsusagia! Meanwhile the monk is trying to take the covering off his hand but Kagome stops him. She manages to get away & over to Inu! (by the way what happened to Shippo?) They talk about the monk & Inu rememebers the feeling he got when the monk pointed his hand at him! Then Kagome realizes her bike is gone! Inu can't believe that's all she was worried about!!! Then they realize that the monk stole their jewel shard! Inu takes of with Kagome & Shippo on his back(YAY! Shippo's back!) after the monk. As they talk Inu tells her he couldn't have gotten far on her bike & she asks him if he was riding while she was gone! He tells her to shut up! They finally chase the monk to a village. The find him in a "tea-house" ^^ Anywasy the girls aren't too pretty so he's annoyed with himself. Anyways by now the villagers think Kagome is a demon out to get them. They find the missing bike outside the "tea-house" & go in! TYhe monk looks at Kagome like his prayers have been answered & Inu whacks him on the head! That starts a fight between the two! It doesn't look good as the monk was able to block the Tetsusaiga with his staff!

Scroll five: Wind to Nowhere

there's a show down in the village streets! (Like a western!) ANyways we find out the monk's name is Miroku & everyone's happy he's going to exorcise the demon! They battle on after trading a few insults. Kagome seems impressed with Miroku, Shippo isn't!!! Then Miroku tells everyone to leave as it's time for him to use his secret weapon! Inuyasha's like what's this? As he watches everything get sucked up into Miroku's hand! Kagome states the obvious:this is not your ordinary Monk! DUH! She says she wants to stop him as Inuyasha's getting too close to that funky hand of Miroku! Just as Inuyasha's about to get sucked in Kagome comes flying by! She lands right in Miroku's arms!(bet he loved that!) Anyways Miroku appears to be out cold. Scene of Kagome looking at him & you can almost see Mirkou saying to himself if he was awake, kiss me Kagome!^^

Scroll six: The Cursed Hand

Anyways Inu & Kagome have a discussion about what she did to save him. Next thing that happenes is Miroku's hand comes alive & he gooses kagome! Inu grabs her & he's like ready to kill!!! She's like PO'ed to the max! & Miroku's like "please calm yourselves as I can explain!" So he does. He tells about the demon Naraku & how the hole in his hand is a curse from him. We learn that Naraku can take anyone's body that he wants & he can use it for himself! Seems leachery is also passed down in Miroku's family, which is how his grandpa got the first hole. Naraku took a beautiful woman's body & well lets just say he escaped & now everyone in the family will have this hole. Every year it gets wider & stronger iuntil the day it eats the owner. Anywyas he goes on about how 50 years ago (you can almost hear Inu perk up those cute lil' dog ears of his!) Naraku alomost got a hold of the Shikon jewel! & he goes on about a dead priestess & Inu figures out that the person(Inu needs his mouth washed out with soap here^^) that killed Kikyo by using Inu's form had to be Naraku! So then Inu's like well tell us monk what does he look like now!!! & Miroku's like if I knew that I'd have killed him off years ago! So Inu vows to kill Naraku for Kikyo! Kagome's like well if we keep garther shards will run into this Naraku, right? DUH! So she says lets do it together!!!(wonder if she liked having her butt rubbed?^^) So after grabbing Kagome's hands(bet he'd rather grab something else!^^) cuz he touched by her concern,he agrees to be part of there group! Although Inu doesn't seem too happy about it! Then Inu gets even more angry when Miroku apologises for flirting with his women, seeing as they must really love each other! . Kagome's mad & she tells him he could learn a thing or two from Miroku! Anywasy it desolves into a fight & Shippo wonders how everyone's going to get along. Then a scene change of an army & they see a deomen horde fly across the sky. The deomns kill them & inu & co find the remains. Inu knows it was deoms who did this. It's weird how every single one of them are missing their livers! Miroku thinks it was the work odf some deomns possessing a jewel shard. Inu thinks that not only can he smell blood, but charcoal ink too! So then Inu tells Miroku that he won't hand over his shards & he's not to happy to be working with him either. So Miroku's like ok, whoever gets there first gets the shard.

Scroll seven: The Monster Within

So there off with Inu tracking the smell like a blood hound! He finds a poor painter with a scrool & he's like this is where the smell comes from?! Anyways Kagfome's like sit! & the guy takes off! So they have a discussion about the painter & lechers! Both get mad! Meanwhile Miroku is doing his own thing at a village. The painter is spotted by him as he's getting beaten up. Then a Princess tells the men to stop! (she's preety enought o catch Miroku's interst & he notices she hasn't got long in this world.) So he decides to save her!^^ Meanwhile Inu has found the painter again & he's like what's going on as you smell like that battle field they passed awhile ago. Kagome's being a Butinsky again! However befoer she can say sit boy! The painter turns into a demon! Inu & the demon battle & when he kills it, he winds up in a puddle of ink & blood! Inu faints from the smell of the stuff he's sitting in! (he looks soo cute with swirl eyes!) Kagome pulls him out of it. Meanwehile Miroku is at the Princess's house. They talk about demons until the conversation turns to Children! Will you bear my child, Princess?! Inu says Just as he thought, it's a come on line!!!! Anywyas Inu & Kagome fight again while the Princess & Miroku look on! This scroll ends with the painter worrying about Inu!

Scroll eight: The Master Painter

View of a house & then a view of the princess looking really evil! It's just a drawing that the painter can't seem to get right. Meanwhile the Princess is telling Inu & co about a strange apinter. Inu's Po'ed about something & sulking. Kagome asks what's wrong witrh asking Miroku for help? Miroku thinks Kagome went looking specially for him, but she tells she just sensed some jewel shards. Just as Inu's ready to bash Miroku, Kagome yells sit! (Stupid Butinsky!^^) As ways another fight almost starts! Then they're reminded to save the princess. Anyways Miroku tell the princess she has to be taken away to whereever she's been carried off to again. Anyways Miroku thinks Inu's going to help but Inu's like no way! He just smells that same weird smell again. We see a giant cart & more demons. They take the Princess & everyone goes after it! Meanwhile the paimter is trying to draw the Princess. She's finally there! Turns out she's really Shippo in disguise! The apinter recognises him! Meanwhile the painter sensing interferense lets loose some demons! They're really paintings come to life! EVeryone prepares to battle them!

Scroll nine: The Artist's Dream

The paiter tells how he likes painting scenes of hell & how he found a jewel shard on a battle field. He took the shard home & when he put it in his paint & painted the demon came to life. He goes on & on about how he had to leave one place & on the way he found the princess. He really just wants to paint his own Princess. Meanwhile Inu & co are battling the paint demons. Miroku just sucks them up! He's weaken & Inu is mad Miroku saved him. Something weird is goiing on in the house. The roof comes off along with a dragon demon thingy. The painter is on it's back escaping! Inu's like no way are you getting away!!! The battle begins!

Scroll ten: Tainted Ink

More battling; Inu is engulfed in Flames from the dragon. Everyone thinks he's dead, but he's ok! Inu hesistates to kill the painter & is almost killed himself. The cursed ink in the painter's inkwell comes out & kills him instead. Inu grabs his arm & tries to help him, but is too late. All that remains is his arm(never seen, but most likely there) & a an old drawing, the ink & the shard. Everyone wonders who should get the shard & Miroku settles iyt by saying Kagome should get it! Inu & Miroku have a bit of a fight(well Inu tries to start one). Anyways that's how Miroku jions them. By the way he thinks Inu is a good person!^^
